Our support workers do more than just provide support with “household task”. Our support workers provide emotional, physical and practical supports to each individual. They perform all their duties in a professional and caring manner.
Our approach is to build an individualised program to suit each participants needs and interests.
Our support workers liaise with each participants care team to ensure continuity of service and the needs of each individual are met.
